Refund and Return Policy

 

By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that these products contain non-THC CBD derived from Hemp. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with the FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD. If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with an understanding of the present status of CBD products.

 

Please email kimberly@cbdseasalts.com if there are any issues with the product you received and we are more than happy to speak with you. If you are still wanting to return your unopened product, please review our return process below.

 

You may return only products that are damaged, defective or unopened, unused, and resellable products within 10 calendar days of shipment with valid proof of purchase for a refund or product credit.

 

If there is a problem with any product you receive, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product or we will not be able to know if it was stored correctly or broken after delivery. In rare cases, we might offer a product credit if the situation is relevant. If we agreed to refund or credit you for a product, we will reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or damaged item). All product returns must be accompanied by a written statement detailing the reason for the return and a copy of the appropriate invoice. If you have any questions about the return please feel free to email us.

 

**Please also note that we do not have a money-back guarantee, as CBD affects everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used. **

 

Return Process:

 

  1. Email us at kimberly@cbdseasalts.com ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED CBD Sea Salt within the 10-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.

  2. Once you have shipped your product back to us please also email the tracking number to kimberly@cbdseasalts.com so we can keep an eye out for it.

  3. Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm its condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product less a 20% restocking fee, and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
